The main ingredient of this product, a silicone gel, has been shown to be highly effective in treating scars to reduce their appearance.  However, this may not be the best product available for scar reduction due to the limited information and feedback available on the product.
Scars are a natural occurrence when there is trauma to the skin. Some scars tend to be unsightly and more apparent than others. This is when scar reduction should be considered. The one product that has been shown to reduce the appearance of scars, including Keloids, in numerous studies is silicone. There are many reasons that it has been shown to work, such as the barrier it forms around the scar and some reasons that are only theorized with no facts to substantiate them, such as the static electricity the silicone generates being beneficial in the healing process. Even though this product contains silicone, it also contains other ingredients, which may reduce the effectiveness of the silicone. They claim this product contains the only stable form of vitamin C, but there is no evidence to show this as being beneficial for scar reduction.  Rejuvasil Scar Gel reviews are not readily available and the reviews that can be found are mixed.

The Verdict on Rejuvasil Scar Gel

Even though this product does contain silicone, it also contains other products, which may make the silicone less effective. None of the added ingredients have even been clinically tested to show their effectiveness at reducing the appearance of scars. There are very few reviews of the product and even these show that there are probably other silicone gel products out there better suited for scar treatment.
