Though this product has many different ingredients that have been shown to be beneficial at maintaining overall skin health, this may not be the best product for scar treatment. This is because it does not contain any ingredients proven to diminish scar appearance and it is highly priced.

However, none of the ingredients listed have shown any validity as a scar treatment product. The only ingredient that has been shown over and over to minimize the appearance of scars, such as keloids, is silicone. This has been shown in numerous studies to reduce the discoloration, thickness, width and length of scars of all types.
